I have known Don for many years and I can tell you that he is an honest and conscientious person. He has many years of experience and is an extremely knowledgeable agent advisor. We have a couple of tricky health issues, but Don was still able to find a long-term care company that agreed to issue a policy for us. Don helped us through the entire underwriting process with an extremely caring and patient manner. He was diligent in gathering the information necessary and was a great advocate for us, ultimately convincing the underwriters that we were an acceptable risk.
